Planning (Time & Cost)
Planning and cash flow analysis are essential for construction projects. Our team will deliver to you a project schedule on Primavera by utilizing the BOQ and drawings of the project. The final product will include a comprehensive project schedule with complete resources which is suited for your own needs. This will also include the cash flow analysis with the accompanied S-Curve examination for cost, revenue and overdraft calculations.
Building Information Modeling - BIM
BIM is a powerful tool for any project and has become a necessity in construction projects. Our team is dedicated to giving you the full BIM package which will include a Revit model (LOD 300) which can be used for quantity surveying and illustration purposes. Full photorealistic elevation and 3D renderings using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Twinmotion. And (if applicable) 4D and 5D simulations on Navisworks.
Risk Management Planning
The risk management identifies all the possible risks that could occur in an engineering project, analyses them and sorts them in order of severity then solutions are made to handle each said risk. The final phase would be to monitor and control the risks. At S&G we will provide a full comprehensive management plan to suit your project's needs.
